Don't you know? The Russkies warped the space time continuum and deliberately timed the bomber to fly near Guam on February 12th (local time), hours before the President's evening speech (Eastern time), so they could embarrass the US.

This is not good from a military standpoint. Russian Bear Bombers carrying nuclear tipped cruise missiles flew to Guam and circumnavigated it until we had to scramble F-15's to run them off.
My question is, just HOW do they know they were carrying "nuclear tipped cruise missiles", did they personally check them out when the plane landed?
