Let me ask you this: If Saddam had WMD and didn't use them against us during our invasion of Iraq, then when would he have used them?
He didn;t have WMD, bio and chem weapons, partially because of Operation Desert Fox. Not one boot on the ground and very very effective in taking our the weapons plants.

There are things that are also privileged only to the president, His cabinet and top staff, the NSD and the intelligence officers that gathered it.
so arguing that a democrat was on a committee means nothing when the only people to ever see top secret information were the republicans serving in the administration.

Yep, for example the fact that Obama's own Director of National Intelligence said the weapons were moved to Syria. That happened after Democrat Sen. Rockefeller tipped off Iraq's allies before the multinational invasion.
Remember though, that Clinton's goal of regime change in Iraq was accomplished by the invasion.
