Still excuses. Let Africa sink or swim or will the next "evil white man" be Chinese? Word is that China is looking to get resources out of Africa and race guilt don't work on Asians.
The chinese invasion of Africa is not well recieved either but only because of their treatment of the Africans unlike the forced enslavement and direct stealing by the europeans.
Tho racism IS a problem for at least most dark skin "Black" people in the US; why do Blacks from Nigeria, Kenya and so on do so WELL as a group here? Word is they're more successful than even Asians and Jews. Our POTUS Obama is half Kenyan.
Here is a better question why are they are not doing well in the rest of the world, especially Europe, Russia and Isreal where they are not wanted?
I'm guessing there's LESS racism in the US than the places you listed. Russia is real bad there.

SubSaharan Africans are the most educated immigrant group. Yet their household incomes are roughly the same as those of Caribbean black immigrants, who are slighlt less educated than the average American (of all races). That does suggest that African immigrants encounter barriers, of race, geographical origin (negative stereotypes of Africa), etc.
So let us not pretend that Africans in the USA are doing well, when we consider that they are a heavily college educated group at the point of migration, and that many others arrive to atudy in the USA, anmd decide to remain.
The African immigrants I have met are gentle people. They aren't hardened and angry like so many of the poor are in the U.S of all races and ethnic backgrounds.
Meet their grandkids if they were not able to escape poverty that mnay Francophone African immigrants remain.
Indeed the problems of subSaharan Africans in the slums of France are well documented. The French born kids that is.
^^^As well as the fact that they don't have role models brainwashing them like Al Sharpton & Jesse Jackson, and state-of-the-art job killers including our current President demolishing the middle class in this country with boneheaded economic policies including mountains of new regulations and nonstop tax increases.
Their policies turned Detroit from a super-thriving community into an economic basket case, so we know their economics playbook is a disaster; look no farther than LA, Buffalo, Newark or tons of other economic hellholes if you need any more proof.
They also destroyed our schools and the housing market, which eventually sank our economy among other things.
Detroit begin to collapse in the late 50s. Please do not reinvent history.
Now the bad management since the late 60s has made bad worse. But please do not invent a lie that Detroit was good until Jesse Jackson came along.
I invite you to tell yourself about how many jobs were lost between Jan 2008 and Jan 2009, and how mnanhy created since then.
What ever you might think about Obama millions of people who were unemployed when he came into office, now have jobs.

Uh; that still doesn't change the fact that Black Africans CAN and DO run with the best people here in the US, of ANY color. Some will have problems but it seems that MOST don't fail.
