How can an opinion be false, when its just that, an opinion?
I don't believe gays are born gay in most cases. Something happened to them as a child to make them be that way whether it be sexual abuse, emotional abuse, physical abuse, etc.
If being gay were "natural", men would be able to carry a baby in their womb for 9 months.
I think you might be confused on the meaning of the word natural.

Seeing as how homosexuality exists in many species, it is completely natural. Unless you think that someone is indoctrinating wild animals into the "gay lifestyle".
Obviously you do not grasp the gravity of the situation, and the power you hand over to the state when agreeing to the marriage contract. Otherwise you wouldn't respond with ... yeah, yeah, yeah, as if the matter was a parking ticket. Then you follow up the inane yeah, yeah, yeah, with a list of issues which are nothing more than collection of red herrings (or more aptly defined as state bait to lure the sheep).
Regarding the spouse who commits a crime, I have no sympathy or inclination for allowing a spouse to avoid offering testimony if that person has material evidence of the alleged crime committed, as some technicality for subverting justice. And only a dishonest person would champion such technical immunities. The law already offers the protection of the 5th Amendment, and the spouse is also free to risk perjuring themselves if they feel so strongly about defending their mate. Honest people, falsely or incorrectly accused of a crime should have no fear of answering questions. Guilty people do not deserve loopholes for escaping justice.
As for many other matters, there are a variety of legal instruments that require no participation or interference from the State ... powers of attorney, and other legal contracts can be utilized by private parties, which pertain to them alone. And the legal system can be utilized by them, at the discretion and by choice, to enforce those agreements, but it is THEIR choice to do so, and not compelled by the state as the superior in a three way contract.
Maybe this is just a bit too complicated for some to understand.

Through these 'lesbian' unions, Laysan albatross are flourishing. Their existence had been dwindling before the adaptation was noticed.

Actually one can have a false opinion, especially when that opinion isn't backed up by facts. Your belief on what makes people gay is actually very wrong, thus it is false.
Now there are plenty of straight people who have been abused. And when did you decide that you were straight? If one decided to be gay, then the opposite must be true that we decide to also be straight.
The entire point you're missing is that it's none of your business who marries whom. Gay people marrying doesn't affect you in any way, shape, or form. That's what the people of Massachusetts have found as the ninth anniversary of gay marriage in that state approaches.
The entire point is that the civil rights of a group of citizens are not determined by their percentage representation in the population.
The entire point is that a majority of Americans support gay marriage, and gay marriage may well soon be legal in all states after the Supreme Court decides the Prop-8 and DOMA cases.

Now perhaps there is far more to this study and I've already noted that I believe people are born gay and I've even explained my reasons for that but just because two female albatross's raise a chick together doesn't make them "lesbians".
