no idea. it was dismissed without comment ( as most are ). but the most likely answer is "none". the SCOTUS has a 15 page limit for supplemental briefs........ orly submitted 63 pages.

Actually, two birther cases were denied by SCOTUS today.

Orly's case was Noonan v. Bowen. It was a request for a stay for something that happened more than two months ago.

The second was Sibley v. Obama, a petition for a writ of certiorari.

So it was two... two... two fails in one.

It really sucks to be a birther.

You don't have a clue how Supreme Court Conferences work, do you? They don't consider evidence. That takes place only if a hearing is granted.

The purpose of the conferences is to filter out the idiotic bull**** that is too trivial, too stupid, or too constitutionally proscribed to bother hearing.

The birther cases score a perfect trifecta on those filters.

A pretty neat trick since there aren't even that many US citizens.

Actually I do and always have. I was only wanting to see what answer the worshiper of the weasel Libertarian Georgia attorney would give.

Then the question was not merely stupid, it was breathtakingly, inexplicably stupid.
