So, the statement is a fact that Mexico has a high crime rate but guns are impossible to get. Lets say that they come from the USA, if we ban guns here and Mexico can not get them, do you really think that Mexico will not only run drugs to the USA but you liberals and your plethora of unintended consequences will not create a black market for guns to drug dealers in the USA by Mexico and South American countries? If you don't your dumber then you look and sound.

Good call, we should be like Somalia or Iran where guns are everywhere. Those are some very peaceful nations aren't they?

If you have a point I would like to hear it, but your convoluted rant makes no sense. I think its a bit beyond you to make a sarky analogy so why not just stick to making your point?

what ever happened to the black market?

If you can get it in the black market, it's not impossible.

Canada did the same thing with Cigarettes. We were shipping them across the boarder like water down a drain pipe. You can't stop people from getting drugs, you can't stop people from getting booze, you cant stop people from getting a lot of things so you need to do regulation [which we have on guns] and leave people who do not commit crimes the hell alone. Keep poking gun owners with a stick and see what happens to the house and senate mid terms. Right now Obama is not going to get much done with a house even more bolsters with all this attacking guns.

I have now written to my Rep and Senator telling them to keep the hell away from guns. I have joined back up with the NRA and may join GOA also. The left thinks they are smart doing exactly what the far Right said they were going to do, wait till the end of the election and then go after guns. And the did.

So your point boils down to... why do something that will cut down on a crime b/c the criminals will just find another way to commit that crime? Ingenious.

And again w/ this "creating a black market" nonsense. Guns for criminals are already on the Mexican black market. Your argument again amounts to "why should America make it harder for the Mexican black market for guns to function." Ingenious.

Mexican drug dealers, which control most of Mexico and its police, do not want the citizenry armed. It puts the drug dealers and thugs in jeopardy of being shot. Makes perfect sense, Mexico is just another version of a communist/ socialist style run country that fears citizens with firearms, however, in this case the 'authority' in Mexico is the drug lords standing behind the curtain.

Now consider that these drug dealers are multi billionaires and they can obtain firearms from anyone inthe global community. Don't think they are not exempted from the Mexican gun legislation they helped write by holding a gun at the head of the lawmakers?

Here is a partial list of global gun manufacturers that are available to Mexico in case they can't get guns from the USA.....to think the US is the problem regarding gun supply to Mexico is childlike thinking and charcterizes US political hacks and legisltors.

Classified List of firearms manufacturers in the World: Gunmakers, shotguns and Arms manufacturers

Multi-billionaire drug dealers......

If you spent 1,000$$ a day it would take about 2, 738 years to spend it all.

"If you sat down to count from one to one billion, you would be counting for 95 years"

The government ans legal system are completely corrupt, as is most of the culture. Nobody's looking out for the people and they can't defend themselves and can't topple the government to clean things up.
Gun banning was the best thing that ever happened to criminals in mexico. Although our Attorney General Eric Holder giving them assault rifles was a nice gesture.

The laws were not created by the cartels, and the cartel members are being shot by their thousands. By who? By each other. Are street gang members in US worried about the "armed citizen"? No, they are worried about the armed rival gangs.

The thing is we already to have laws in place and the fact that tragedies still happen is proof they aren't affective. So maybe looking at the root causes of the issues should be in order not making more laws that won't be followed and will just hurt the law abiding.
And why can't you understand there will be a huge Black market if firearms are banned ?
