This should get very interesting. Judge O'Leary is one tough lady to do this patriotic deed. The case at hand was filed in July 2012. It involves evidence of one and a half million invalid voter registrations in the state of California. Additionally appeal involves lack of legitimacy of Barack Obama to the U.S. Presidency due to his use of forged IDs, stolen CT Social Security number, last name not legally his and fraudulent claim to be a U.S. citizen. Evidence in the case involves a certified copy of the passport records of Obama’s mother, S. Ann Dunham, which shows her son’s legal last name to be Soebarkah, not Obama, it involves Obama’s school records from Indonesia showing his citizenship to be Indonesian, sworn affidavits of top law enforcement experts and investigators showing Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service certificate to be forged and Social Security number used by Barack Obama in his 2009 tax returns and posted on WhiteHouse.gov to be fraudulently used and failing both E-Verify and SSNVS.

Sure. After over five years of this farce you think something different is going to come of it. Did you know McCain was born in PANAMA! Did you care? How much agent orange did you smoke man?

Yes I did. What does that have to do with this reinstatement by Judge O'Leary?

The article shows she was ruled against due to legal process mistakes, not that the case itself is illegitimate. It's equivalent to a person going free because the case was dismissed due to a technicality. That doesn't prove the person was innocent. So I'm not sure what you were trying to prove here.

That birthers should get a better lawyer behind their movement if they hope to have -any- legitimacy.

As it stands, they have lost every court challenge that they ever had either by dismissal or other means (i.e.: the two court cases that actually got heard and then shot down as the idiocy it actually is.)

There is no case here. Period. Birthers will one day learn how stupid they actually are.

Because the legal standard in the U.S. is guilty until proven innocent?

I'm honestly thinking that judges are still entertaining these loons as a way to get an easy day at work.

Attorney Orly Taitz appealed the lower court’s order awarding sanction against her, not the dismissal of the case in chief. The appellate court has jurisdiction to rule on the sanctions ordered by the lower court; but does not have subject matter jurisdiction to rule on the challenge to President Obama’s eligibility.

Shows that Orly doesn't know what she's talking about and is the worst lawyer to ever grace California. She should be prepared as the only reasons to continue any of her cases is to show that she lies and that her lies are for everyone to see. And to hit her with even bigger sanctions.

She's nothing but a paper terrorist
