These are alarming statistics. One in four children is malmournished and one in three is overweight. I'm not much into math but maybe that evens out. Maybe we're okay.
Many school districts provide free breakfasts and free lunches for all their students. But I do agree the Obamas are not ideal role models to promote healthy eating habits or champion dietary restrictions.
If you want to cut down on obesity, get rid of the corn syrup in foods and promote exercize. Less TV, less computer time, more physical activity.
