I am an independent. But Joe Scarborough is supposed to be and says he is a conservative. He acts more like a left leaning independent than any conservative I have seen. He advocates gun control and bans, is socially liberal and more. Yet he gets on and rants about Reagan like it gives him a dirzzle down his leg. Is this guy a phony plastic banana?

I finally watched him and him being even remotely considered conservative is laughable. You get on MSNBC and you flush your credibility and reputation down the toilet. You wouldn't be on there if you had any integrity, journalistic or otherwise.
Scarborough, Shultz, Smerconish. They all sold out for $$$ and would give it all back to be on Fox if they could.

I went with conservative who leans left. He's conservative at times is a more accurate description imo.

JS is too scattrered to define.

The random mindless rant party is more like it.

Wouldn't define a mutt as a black and tan coonhound because he has long ears and sometime way back in his past his golden retriever great grandmom had an interlude with a full blooded B&T coonhound.

JS falls under the category of msnbc's version of entertainment, which really is a way to fill air time in a miniscule niche market to have a tax write off for the corporation

I dont watch Joe that much anymore, but Im not sure he's laid claim to blindly following the party line, or reciting GOP talkng points, or not speaking badly of other Republicans or their proposals. If that makes him not a conservitive, I guess he is not.

Joe is a common-sense conservative. He is a realist and not a member of the group that is moving our party to obscurity.

I think he is a Conservative. He certainly isn't a Rick Santorum...but being socially liberal doesn't negate fiscal conservatism.
