Hmmmm this is what you said...........

"This story is about a school"

This is after you kept howling about how you, an adult, have no problems with some tranny parking down next door to you. So is it only off topic when you don't bring it up?? Just wondering. Or are you the only one who gets to play moderator?? lol

I don't live in or pay taxes in Massachusetts, so it's none of my business.
I'm always amazed at how folks who [falsely and/or ignorantly] claim to be libertarian, states' right, non-federalists want to stick their nose into other folks' business.

Why not make every restroom unisex, with privacy doors, and regular toilets (most men don't use urinals at home), which would alleviate not only the transgendered issue, but also the issue of super-long lines at women's restrooms compared to men's? Same thing with showers --- give them all privacy with curtains or doors.

At least until you realize how many public schools there are throughout the country. The cost to build and maintain a third type would run in the billions.

That's elitist discrimination.

It's sexist squared!

Enough already. Everyone knows exactly what I'm saying...

You don't have to like how I'm saying it to recognize the truth of the matter...

Violation of their 1st and 4th Amendment Rights.
I have the right to privacy in my thoughts and beliefs, much less the right to express those thoughts and beliefs as long as my action's do not violate the rights of others.

I don't think it is a stretch to argue my 4th amendment rights allow me the general privacy of washrooms limited to my own gender. If someone has identified themselves as a specific gender other than mine, I believe I have a right to privacy which excludes them from violating that privacy by invading the gender washroom I belong to.

(imho)

Interesting . . .

You believe black people are disgusting and despicable?
Freudian slip often?
