There comes a whole bunch of unintended consequences with this proposal. First one that comes to mind is that do you have to do a BGC when you give a gun to your kid for their 16th birthday so they can go hunting with you? What do you do when someone dies and leaves several or even one gun behind in the closet? Do you have to take them in and have the wife or husband or child do a back ground check to have them? If there is no registration or data base on who owns what serial number then how do you or the Government know that there was no BGC done? I think its easier to talk about BGCs then actually put them into practice.

Just how do you ban magazines liberals?

I just tell the mailman not to bring National Review to my home. It is rather easy actually.

Ban magazines? I would ban Rolling Stone, it's day is over. For firearms, they ban 15 round mags. The CRIMINAL gets three 10 round mags. Anyway nothing they make illegal is going to bother a CRIMINAL. All it will effect are law abiding citizens.
