Ahh, because a licensed physician diagnosed them with a serious mental illness thus according to virtually all state laws as well as Federal law they can't own a firearm? We're talking about a very select group of crazy people legally found to be insane, or "mentally incompetent" if you prefer the legal definition, which means they literally have no grasp on reality, are insane, and a danger to both themselves and others.

Yep, it's a letter from the VA informing the guy his pschiatric doctor has determined him to be mentally incompetent and a danger to both himself and others. In other words he wants to kill himself and/or other people and his so mentally ill he is no longer of sound mind. THAT is the legal procedure.
I have to wonder what Rossi is so afraid of but maybe he has some sort of mental issues he has not disclosed here or something and that's why he's so afraid and flying off the handle about this. Who knows?
A veteran received the letter, not veterans. And the highlighted part of the document is in response to the question, "What happens if you are rated incompetent?"

The person in question. Those letters are sent out to veterans who are asking for disability based on PTSD. They are also warned they may be determined to be unable to handle their own financial affairs.
This entire thread is a sham and a joke. At least get the facts straight before you start pointing fingers at '*******s'. Freak.
