Why do you view freedom as something to leave behind? It is you so-called "progressives" that wish to take us back. Freedom is the natural yearning of mankind. The world has already seen enough of the oppression of socialist systems and Old World monarchies. The principles on which this country was founded, and our Constitution based, are timeless. Civilized man has never in the history of the World been so free. There is no "progress" to a better system. All other options are inferior, and make man less free.

I think you know where we're headed. The problem is that people like you are willing to give up your freedom to an all powerful government, led by a "Supreme Commander" like Obama, whose very word is the law.

You seem to conveniently forget (or maybe you don't know) how uncooperative the Republicans in Congress were when Bush was in his stolen, illegitimate presidency. They shut Democrats out of all significant decisions. Now that Dems have some power in the legislative and executive branches, they could be just as obstinate and nasty, but Obama has actually tried to work with those idiots. For that I call him an idiot.
Oh, here we go. Bush "stole" the presidency. But Obama didn't. Right?

Obama "stole" his second term through fraud and deceit, and the Alinsky tactics of his campaign, which unleashed all manner of damnable lies about Romney, and other candidates in the run up to the nomination. Romney was even accused of causing the death of a woman.

The lies continue today.

Obama has no intention, nor has he made any attempt, to work with Republicans.

For how many years were the Republicans in control of Congress under G.W. Bush?

Based on what, do you make such a statement?

If you have the intestinal fortitude to watch this video, I didn't, it made me sick after 3 minutes of watching.

Tell me - please - who was so free in the 1950s, who was free during Bush's presidency, and who has lost freedom because of Barack Obama?

And how could this country have been so free when this country was founded when Blacks, Native Americans and women had no rights at all? I'm starting to see where you're coming from.............

If you actually believe this, you are far more delusional than I even thought.

The only people who screwed up for Romney were Romney, Rove and Ailes.

You're right. He just rolled over and gave them whatever they wanted.

Bush had the House and Senate (through tiebreaker Dick Cheney) until 2007, when America began regaining its senses.
