Back then, the nation was shedding 800,000 jobs a month. Now, there has been job gains every month for at least 70 months. When gas prices were around $4, righties blamed Obama. Do they now praise Obama for gas approaching $1? I could go on, but in the real world, Obama has done not only no damage but has righted many wrongs.

This is from Sec 1101 of the law:

(d) Eligible Individual- An individual shall be deemed to be an eligible individual for purposes of this section if such individual--

(1) is a citizen or national of the United States or is lawfully present in the United States (as determined in accordance with section 1411);

What do you people expect Obama to do? Some people violate the law. When they do and they are found, they are subject to consequences.
