What do you mean by loophole, or is it just boilerplate.

"In recent decades, corporate tax revenue has plunged, falling from about 6 percent of gross domestic product in the 1950′s to less than 2 percent today, due to a proliferation of corporate tax breaks and the use of offshore tax havens. According to the Congressional Budget Office, in fact, corporate tax receipts as a share of corporate profits have hit their lowest point in 40 years.

Corporate taxes in the U.S., contrary to the constant protestations of conservatives, are at a 40 year low, with many of the most profitable companies paying nothing at all. Twenty-six of the biggest corporations have paid no corporate taxes whatsoever for 4 years running, and have even had negative taxes. Had these companies paid the full 35 percent corporate tax rate over the 2008-11 period, they would have paid $78.3 billion more in federal income taxes.”

Yup. The low income should be taxed too.

No extra money for having kids while on assistance.

I think the corporations would be able to contribute a lot more than low-income wage earners and it would be a lot more fair. Why don't you want wealthy corporations who do business in the U.S.A. to pay fair taxes?

"In total, 2008-11 federal income taxes for 30 companies remained negative, despite $205 billion in pretax U.S. profits. Overall, they enjoyed an average effective federal income tax rate of –3.1 percent over the four years."

Damn are you people on script too. Here we go with the children again. The poor welfare queens care so much about the children they don't think of the children before making them and bringing them into this world. Hey at least you got free birth control now but using it would prevent their free ride bundle of joy from arriving.

The more Obama takes from us working people the less sympathy I feel for the poor especially if they are making kids they can't afford to support. And besides you are teaching the kids to hate and disrespect working people.... teaching them working class Americans owe them, teaching them there is nothing wrong with the government taking from people who work hard for their money and giving it to people on welfare. So we want more of that? Yes, Obama has cured me of sympathy.

If you can't feed them let the government take them away and for gods sake go to work and maybe you would be out of the bedroom a little more so you don't make more kids.

I would have loved to see Obama lose he last election. But we all know how that went. The GOP selected clowns. Another 4 years of this nonsense. Both parties have screwed us.

Some of the poor obviously make dumb decisions, but that doesn't mean their children should suffer.

No better yet, the people on welfare should be put out to pasture like the rest of us and then they too should pay tax. Hey, they like kids so much they can start a baby sitting service to watch the kids.
