What evidence do you have of that?
What has he ruled on other cases of similar charges?
Police are well known to protect each other, and very well could have shunned the judge's wife had he ruled guilty. Simply being married to a police officer is reason enough to rescue himself from the case for conflict of interest.

Your title makes it appear that the police officer he is married to, is the one acquitted.
Yeah, I noticed that this morning. I guess I shouldn't post when I'm half asleep.

No; who you are married to is not enough as people have right to serve as a judge at all. in this case they can complian on the judge to judical authroity which every state has and wait to see if it proven he was prejudiced by the examination of evidence.

She threw nothing at the cop, and he wasn't trying to knock anything out of that woman except the hell.

Yeah, and the LAPD where just trying to help Rodney King stand up.

The inadmissible evidence because it doesn't "show the what really happened" like the guy 10' behind MS Guzman throwing the water or that Josey threw an open handed right that didn't come close to reaching for her water bottle. Hell Stevie Wonder could see this for exactly what it was.

By the way, on the strength of the inadmissible video, Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey fired Josey, didn't suspend him, FIRED his butt.

Police have to remember that cameras are everywhere. Hopefully she'll get a settlement against the police officer in a civil lawsuit.
He jumped to a wrong conclusion and I can honestly see why. I can't condone his assault of her, thats sloppy police work.
The last scuttlebutt I heard was that he'll be allowed to retire very soon.
Yes Philly is extremely corrupt second only to Chicago probably.

Yeah, he tried to knock the water bottle out of her hand with an uppercut to her face. Which is the only way he knows how to communicate with women. Given his long extensive history of violence toward women.

Sheesh, she didn't throw anything, someone else did and the cop just thought it was her.

Stuff like this really pisses me off. If I had been called for jury duty one the questions that would have been asked of me is whether or not I have relatives who are police officers. If I said I did I would have been told that I wouldn't be allowed to serve on the jury.

Does that mean I have ever been biased on a jury before? Is there any evidence that I wouldn't render an impartial decision?

This judge believes he is above the standard he would hold others to. This judge needs removed ASAP for not understanding why he should have stepped aside to start with.
