The war crimes of Bush/Cheney are a festering wound that need to be addressed before America can regain lost face with the rest of the world.

Bush/Cheney are war criminals so why not prosecute them??

The left continues to try to deflect and "blame Bush", rather than discuss the utter failure of the Obama presidency. It's wearing thin...not even good for entertainment value any more.

U.N. investigator urges U.S. to pursue Bush-era abuses - Yahoo! News
The reason the U.S. will not do that is because it would be a Pandora's box, or, a better analogy, a barrel or many barrels of worms. It would then set a precedent for future presidents who might face being brought to task for coups or invasions of other nations.

This was pushed when Obama assumed office of the presidency as I vaguely recall, and it went nowhere because of those reasons.

The UN can push or pursue all it want's, but it's just not going to happen.

One thing the USA could do is stop meddling in ME affairs that do not concern us.

How could one separate the crimes of Bush from the crimes of the Obama admin?

Bush will go down in history as a very weak president and not a success but this is like Tony Soprano stating that Johnny Sacks is a criminal.

They can't be prosecuted because they are not war criminals.

Name one documented crime , either civil or international, that Obama has been legally charged with?

Either put up or remain quiet since people grow tired of redneck yapping.

Actually, I'm surprised the UN hasn't been complaining about the drone attacks.
