What is the deal with Piers Morgan? Does he understand what a debate is?
He asks multiple questions, and then interrupts his 'guest' ten times for every
point his guest makes. Why does he ask people on his show, when he doesn't
let them talk? He'll ask a question, midway through his 'guest's' answer, he'll
ask three more. No one ever gets to actually finish.
I don't watch him regularly, but from what I've seen you picked an extreme example to make your point. Whatever else, Piers has decided to take gun control on as one of his emphasis topics. And the guy he was interviewing in your link just kept using one-sided gun advocate talking points ad nauseum - neither one of them were listening to each other.
Shortly thereafter Piers apologized, and consciously let another gun advocate go crazy, without Piers really interrupting (though it might have been justified). Maybe you know all this...
I watched once when he first took over the Larry King spot. Watched him for all of 10 minutes. That was plenty, haven't been back since.
