any proof of this, or are you simply taking oogo's word for it?

I refuse to celebrate the death of other people, but this is best news for Venezuela in a long time.

its certainly good news for the wealthy elite in that country , prior to 1998 , the majority had to make do with scraps , chavez committed the crime of nationalising much of the countrys assetts , the iranian leader did the same in 1953 and we all know how that turned out

This reminds me something my long dead grandfather once told my dad.

Long before my birth, while my parents were dating, my dad told his future father in law that he was headed over to the town Paw Paw oncel lived in. Dad asked him if there was anyone there he wanted my dad to say "hi" to.

Paw Paw, stopped what he was doing. set himself solidly, stuck out his jaw, doubled up his fists and said: "No but I can tell you where there are a few graves you can go pee on for me!"

(he didnt use the word "pee" it was a bit more err.... offensive...)

I hope Venezuela prevents another monster from taking control.

This is a great opportunity for that country to restore itself to normal and become a legitimate powerhouse in Latin America.

It has so much potential.
