$66.1 trillion in 2007 is the same as $73.41 trillion in 2013 dollars.

So this will be news when we get to $73.42 trillion dollars in household wealth.

Till then it's just more "air" back patting.

Americans are saving, not spending. They realize they are doomed, and doing everything possible to prepare for the carnage this lunatic will unleash. With such a loony dictator in office, one can understand WHY Americans are socking away more money into savings... They are afraid. They are afraid of what this POTUS is capable of. Sure, the republicans are doing a great service by hampering Obama's every effort to dismantle our economy. Picture this... What happens if Obama fires up the FEMA camps and begins a great purge of his top rivals? This scenario plays out in my mind every day, which is why I do my part by saving instead of stimulating the economy.

Really though, you're right... Despite Obama's blunderbuss attempts to destroy the nation, republicans have been doing a great job of preventing the total destruction of our nation. Evidence such as the data provided by the OP just goes to show how great of a job conservative republicans are doing in their effort to preserve the republic. Thanks Obama for giving the republicans an opportunity to save our great nation.

I almost couldn't tell you were joking until I realized you were using correct grammar and spelling.
