Ok so after seeing US Census 2010 it is very clear thet white non hispanic population is shrinking... (well it isnt but its not growing as fast as latino or asian population). Does that fact worry you? How do you think it will shape the future for America? Will it become more liberal and open minded because of immigration or more conservative as most latinos are usually christian?
In many large cities non hispanic whites are already a minority eg; Houston is only 26% white non hispanic (although suburbs tend to be mostly white/ asian)
Los Angeles is 28% non hispanic white, Chicago 31% and Las Vegas 48% non hispanic white.
Do you see this as a good thing? do you mind it? Or maybe it is something that you would rather stop?
And this is not meant to be a racist thread or anything like that, I dont mind what race my neighbor would be as long as they were respectful.

My only concern is the fact that statistically they are the least likely to graduate from high school and go to college. They also have the highest birth rates of any group. We need to make sure we are educating the parents first, so their kids will not grow up to be dependent on the government.
Any loyal American should object to their growth rate since is it mostly due to illegal immigration. Apparently, there are a few in here who don't give a damn about this unnatural and unlawful growth rate. I guess our immigration laws don't mean a damn thing to them or how this is negatively impacting our own citizens. It is disgusting to me to read such anti-American comments in here.

This is the big one that most everyone fails to discuss. Why would the Hispanic population coming in future years be any different than the ones who are coming here today? The Hispanics flooding into America today are not into education and developing professional skills. America is overwhelmed with people who can do grunt work. We need STEM workers, not ditch diggers.

Its only certain groups,like Dominicans,Cubans.
I have not noticed it with Mexicans,Columbians,and Puerto Ricans in Nyc.
I think it will get worse for blacks,since hispanics(some) are known to have a Eurocentric view that everything light is better.
Cubans seem to be worse in this regard.
Everyone who says it won't be a problem should check out Miami.
I do think its very stupid and unfair that Cubans can just show up at our shores and get legal satus while others can't,like Mexicans and Haitians. That's really unfair.

It is mostly Mexicans coming here illegally. I do agree however that "wet foot, dry foot" for Cubans needs to cease. We still should enforce our immigration laws and only allow in immigrants that we can provide jobs and resources for. Just being poor should not qualify you to come here. I am all for diversity in our legal immigration numbers also. Too many from one ethnic group/nationality does alter our demographics, culture and language.

Yes, because this fast growing Hispanic population is mostly due to illegal immigration. That should alarm any law abiding American. Apparently, you're not one of them.
