Yeah.
It's just as good as a guess as the guess stating that the creator of the universe has always been.
It's not a guess. That's what He told us as recorded in the Bible. Some of the confusion is that wedon't understand that time and space are themselves creations. Take away time and what you have is eternity. Take away space and you have infinity. God exists apart from time and space which are His creations.
Yeah.

If the creator communicated with man, why are there conflicts with religious texts?
That is the scientific theory, "Big Bang", ie nothing exploded and created the universe.
I don't think that the Big Bang theory is that "nothing" exploded.
The Big Bang theory is that massive amounts of matter were so condensed that the pressure caused an explosion which dispersed the matter.
There is a companion idea that this is cyclical in nature, that the attractive characteristic of matter will at some point overcome the momentum of expansion, and that the universe will start to contract, as contraction occurs, it will gain momentum, the universe contracting at ever faster speeds, causing matter to be become increasingly condensed at the center until, boom!---the cycle begins again.
It's not a guess. That's what He told us as recorded in the Bible.
You do understand, I hope, the complete worthlessness of using the Bible to prove itself. Right?

Why not just apply Occam's razor, eliminate the superfluous step of an eternal god, and accept an eternal universe?
