Relax. There will be no new war on Korea or Iran. That wet conservative dream went out the door on November 6,2012.

Obama was never "for" the poor people. He used them. He was the Pied Piper of the poor. Funny how you don't hear him speak of the poor and illegals since November 7th. Would that be due to the fact that he doesn't need them anymore? They don't serve a purpose for him? And the fools still defend him and cheer him on and wonder why life is passing them by.

The poor in America are no different than the poor that were used and are still being used by those that recruit terrorists. They go into the poor villages where people have nothing - no money, no food, no medicine, no clothing, live in mud huts and tell them how their government forgot about them. They give them a few dollars, some food, tell them how they will take care of them and protect them and convince them that it's the fault of their government and the rest of the world. You don't see those at the top strapping on vests do you? Obama never went hungry nor was ever dependent on welfare.

Did he really want to help the poor? Lift them out of poverty? I can think of $90 billion dollars he threw away and we have nothing to show for it. That $90 billion dollars could have gone to better education and training programs for the poor and retraining for those whose jobs disappeared. What incentives did he give the poor to get off welfare? The only thing he gave the poor were incentives to stay on welfare. He doesn't have a clue as to what being poor is. He has become one of those that he scorned publicly - that would be the rich. Highly unlikely his money is going to trickle down other than to his children.

Yes, I think we all know that Obama's saber rattling is as false as it can be. He's threatening but that's all there is too it. He might as well tell Korea and Iran they can do whatever they please. No one thinks there's any real substance behind the threats he's making.

At least it's nothing new. When have the "poor" ever had the chance to hang out with the President, stay at Camp David or sleep in the Lincoln bedroom? Walking on a guided tour with a volunteer to see the public rooms in the White House is NOT the same thing as access to the president and the private living quarters. Those perks have always been on sale to major donors, no matter which president it is.

All that isnt what's important.

For example what is important - a poor kid in the inner city whose future will be prison, death, or a job. All Obama wants to do is promise the good jobs to foreigners who are coming here illegally --- not to the poor citizen whose "American Dream" without that job Obama wants to give to non-citizens.

Much of our poverty is imported - and that is obviously going to make conditions worse for the Americans at the bottom. Obama does not care about them, if he did, he'd be trying to get them to jobs that is their only hope of any kind of future.

Black youth unemployment rates are completely unacceptable but Obama does not care to address that issue.

What I don't understand is why so many folks who claim to be right-wing scorn BO with such vitriol. He's done more for their party than any of their own have done.

And it will hurt young black males in the south more than anyone.

Black males under 25 make the lowest wages and take the lowest skilled jobs. And the Mexicans tend to stay in the south.

More immigrants working for lower wages will not hurt middle class or rich. They aren't in competition with them.

This will force black males out of the legal workforce. Then we wonder why they end up selling drugs for a living and in jail. Government liberal policy has screwed more people than can be counted.

It's amazing that people choose to ignore this.

I'd also throw in minimum wage laws in there. All they do is eliminate black male teenagers from the workforce.

I don't blame the drug sellers either. They got a right to eat. And since the government has outlawed jobs for them they turn to other ways to make a living. The only other option is to starve to death.

Wrong. You have to give credit to the republicans. Republicans make themselves look so bad it makes Obama look good. If the republicans had a good candidate that wasn't from the old school thinking that they can turn the calendar back to 1950, and look forward to a better future for the country and the people, you would see Obama for what he really is.
