I am sure you can tell any soldier that the war in Iraq ended in 2003 and they will totally agree and believe you.

Under liberal math, the cost of WW2 and Korea are still mounting since we have troops and bases in both countries.
Does Halliburton ring a bell?

I question the math and motives myself, but Bush was not fully accounting for the war.

I'm not sure why that wouldn't be a legit argument.

10 years. By accident and coincidence I heard MLK's speech on Vietnam recently. He spoke of the lost opportunity to use our country's wealth for positive change.

We squander far too much of our national reasources[men and material] on war.

Dick Cheney did not receive any money from Haliburton for the Iraq war. He was RETIRED before being selected as VP. What money he gets from Haliburton is his retirement pay that was guaranteed regardless of any future work or contracts.

Haliburton and its subsidy companies have have had a service contract with the US military since WW2 when it supplied kitchens and cooking services for the troops.

Puhlease, the evil man has made $44 million and counting from Haliburton, before, during and after. This is a relationship, he's given advantages to Haliburton long before the war.

Watch an interview of Cheney even now and all you see is a guilty man.

As Obama just handed Eygpt how much??? Get over what happened with Bush and see what your own party has done.......both sides are playing Americans like a cheap fiddle.

So far, the government has spent $1.7 trillion on the war, but that's not counting $490 billion in veterans' benefits, which could grow to more than $6 trillion over the next 40 years once interest is added in, Reuters reports.

The Iraq War Cost How Much?! - Depending on how you count, as much as $7.7T
Don't worry. It won't cost anything in 40 years at the rate you're going regarding your welfare state. In 40 years, if OASDI is still around, it will be sucking every last drop from your economy and your people.
