There aren't supposed to be ANY average players in the NFL.

Nobody has ever said "Aim Average" - You play to be the best, not to be "average".
Players are only as good as their coaches anyhow.

Average players don't win Super Bowl rings.
Average players don't earn the franchise money.
Average players don't have multi-million dollar endorsement deals.
Average players don't have long careers.
Nobody wants to pay 50 bucks for a ticket to see average players.
You want to see the best players on the field, why waste your money!

Just seems like a white QB can just throw complete passes and stya in the pocket and that's acceptable.

A black man has to jump over the defensive line and sprint 90 in 5 seconds to REMAIN in the starter role

Of course. There are probably are a lot more white QBs than black QBs, so a direct comparison of white QB vs Black QB merchandising would be pretty skewed. But isn't it interesting that a black QB leads the entire NFL in jersey sales, in spite of his position.
