Have you ever noticed when a black QB falls from superstar status and becomes a backup he is only in the league for maybe one more year and then he is gone. A white QB can be a back up for 12 years and can be average as long as he wants. What is exactly wrong with a black QB being average?? Why must all black QB's be a superstar and jump over players so he can remain in the league?
But if he suddenly falls into the backup role due to performance he will be out of the league. So that's' why I am confused as to why a white man can be average but a black man MUST be a star

What I want to know is if this same thing can be found in every day real life. Because, I get the sense that it can be. No room for being average if you're black. Either be amazing and be in the system or say "eff it" and find yourself on your own.
Then why is Donovan Mcnabb no longer in the league?
Because he's washed up.
