You'd think they'd at least wait until late spring for some nice weather. Starting a war in winter weather, will cut off the food from the warmer south.

Let me ask you this, according to whom? Our illustrious intelligence community? The same ones that swore Saddam had WMD's, that one?

And how do YOU know that? Apparently, something no one else knows...

Yeah, it does look like Hawaii is in their range. So is Los Angeles

So, now the question becomes, how is their ability to hit their target? But, Austin and DC are out of their range. Looks like NYC is out of the circle as well. So, now look at the prevailing winds and where the fallout would go.
According to that graphic, their longest range missile reaches 6000 km.

Um, in 1941 we didn't have eyes in the sky. Grow up.

What did we accomplish? Why didn't we win? Simple answer, we didn't have the will to win.. 100,000 people killed in a war is nothing in comparison. Our military does a fine job of caring out it's orders. The problem is, those giving those orders are doing a poor job of managing a war.
Who the heck cares? I don't think you have a clue what it would be like to have 100,000 people killed in a smaller country and then the ego of the invaders, don't call that war. Wow. What about Vietnam? How many killed there? Oh yeah, that wasn't a war. Whatever.

And, if you look at the graph I posted a little earlier, you'll see that it's 10,000 KM. Another one I've seen said between 6,100 miles and 7,500 miles. Seems that no one knows for sure, just like they don't know if NK can target them accurately or not. They seem to have more questions than answers.

About the best advice I've seen so far is not to under estimate them. About the time you figure someone doesn't have this or can't do that, it takes a great big chunk our of your butt.

I'd rather go hunting rabbits with something that can bring down a bear than meet a bear while hunting rabbits with a pellet gun.
