Mark Gillar (who produced Arpaio's forgery evidence video) recently confirmed that Jean-Claude Tremblay, the Canadian digital document expert who FOX reported as validating Barry Soetoro's pdf birth certificate, STILL says he never did any such thing and the Fox News reporter, Jana Winter, who ran the original story won't retract it. Gillar says that back in early 2012 when Arpaio was trying to get FOX to cover the forgery a prominent FOX on-air person apologized to Arpaio for FOX's refusal to cover the issue because if they did, they would have their FCC license pulled by the Obama administration as well as a audit by the IRS.
yes, it's like how Fox News don't report on Holocaust Deniers as well. What's your point? That even Fox will not touch and allow their reporters to go within a mile of a birther claim seeing as even FOX concedes that birthers are full of it?
You are mistaking what a reporter said (they are not allowed) and reaching a conclusion that is not supported.
A news organization can choose what they wish to cover; the birther stuff is so 2008. They have decided that the birther stuff, is just nonsense, and its not worth the 2 seconds they need to cover it and dedicate any reporter to it, unless of course its to MOCK birthers and show their failures.

I call BS, Fox was just making up excuses not to cover these wing nuts - it's too extreme even for them.
