Show me where they attacked them while Obama was visiting. I wont be waiting for your response. Some of you know I am right, you refuse to directly comment about topic and my points. So you deflect, and with no facts of course.

I am sure that could happen, the moment that Israel stops expanding into Palestinian territory. Would you negotiate a peace agreement with your neighbor if they kept moving their outdoor furniture into your yard and called it their yard?

Well, Egypt negotiated with Israel when Israel occupied the entire Sinai Peninsula - a large expanse of territory many times the size of the Palestinian territories ... and Egypt got it all back, but there has not been a war between those two countries in decades. Additionally, the Israelis dismantled any settlement they had in Gaza, but now they are repaid with rockets being fired into their country by Hamas. Compromise has to be a two way street.

They did in 2009. A 10 month freeze on all settlement construction was done. And what happened during the freeze? Nothing. By the end of the freeze? Nothing. At the end of freeze the Palestinian leadership came up with more preconditions including another freeze. And the latest precondition is that all Palestinian prisoners be freed no matter what their crime was.

Obama said at the news conference:
Quote:
"we condemn this violation of the important ceasefire." He said Hamas is "more interested in tearing Israel down than in building Palestine up."

Your point?
Just the fact rockets were lobbed in into the country Obama was visiting says it all.
