Extradition shall not be granted when the person sought has been convicted, acquitted or
pardoned, or has served the sentence imposed, by the Requested Party for the same acts for
which extradition is requested.
The Italian courts have not issued an extradiction request so maybe it is too soon to accuse Obama for being a coward for not standing up to non-existing requests.
Actually, no they don't but, it is fun to think they do, huh?
There is no higher authority than the US Constitution. I wouldn't be surprised if Obama wiped his ass with it to favor foreigners.
