It takes them 20 minutes to play the last 5 minutes due to use of timeouts and intentional fouls.
Many baseball games have less action than those last "5 minutes" Unless it's the playoffs, I never understood how any one care bare to watch an entire baseball game on tv. I've done it twice in my life.

How come you find the playoffs so intriguing, but the rest of the season relatively boring?
Because girl's play it and in the United States only our women's national team meets with much success.
I say the same thing about Football, only girls im lingirie play it from what i can tell. Not sure why ppl vsll it a "mans" sport. Its a game hot athletic chicks play!

Would the good citizens(or subjects, as the case may be) of Manchester and Madrid not turn out in such numbers if women were playing the "beautiful game, which it truly would be if attractive enough ladies were the athletes?
Probably not. Women aren't as good at men at sports...though women's soccer can definitely be played at a high level.
How did all the women that are mad about this get out of the kitchen to hear about it in the 1st place?
