Sombody knew this Wack Job had mental problems!!! Because of his wee frail body and bug eyes, many thought he was harmless - I'll bet. His mother knew he was a human waste and would not amount to anything, so she enabled him.

If you have a right to own an arsnel, than damn it. . .I have an equal right to 100 gigabit internet to my house. I mean seriously.. .

most countries do not have a bill of rights either. that is something I dont understand either.

if you want a 100 gig net to your home, I dont care. see, I am not infringing on your right, now dont infringe on my right either.

I am sure that all the libs are happy about "freeing" all the institutionalized mentally ill in the 1960s and allowing "mainstreaming". Just another liberal "plan" that went terribly wrong. And just like a liberal, they attack a symptom, rather than the disease itself.

Point of order.

These weapons did NOT belong to Adam Lanza. They were owned by his mother. He shot her to steal the guns he used.

Regulation would not have made any difference because criminals do not respect or follow the rules.

Did Adam know that? I didn't. He could have observed his mother open the safe over time and learned how to get into it without her knowledge.

you can call the safe company and give them the registration number found on the inside of the safe and they will give the safes numbers to open it.

If the safe is closed and locked how do you get to the number?

That kid was not stupid. He probably just looked over her shoulder or found where she had written the numbers so she would not get locked out.

That's diametrically opposed to what the Supreme Court "claims".

SCOTUS has been boringly consistent for going on 140 years that the right to arms is not granted, given, created or established by the 2nd Amendment and thus is not in any manner dependent upon the 2nd Amendment for its existence . . .

.
" . . . it has always been widely understood that the Second Amendment , like the First and Fourth Amendment s, codified a pre-existing right. The very text of the Second Amendment implicitly recognizes the pre-existence of the right and declares only that it “shall not be infringed.” As we said in United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U. S. 542, 553 (1876) , “[t]his is not a right granted by the Constitution. Neither is it in any manner dependent upon that instrument for its existence. . . . "

DC v Heller, 478 F. 3d 370 (2008)
