I see you have selective reading and reasoning.
From my previous post:

Comes from "Operation Wetb*ck", a military operation devised in 1954 to stop the onslaught of illegal aliens entering the United States, primarily from Mexico. The operation was soon abandoned in part because of outcry of Mexican-Americans who were angered by the racial profiling.

The effort began in California and Arizona in 1954 and coordinated 1,075 Border Patrol agents, along with state and local police agencies. Tactics employed included going house to house in Mexican-American neighborhoods and citizenship checks during standard traffic stops.
If you think people's rights weren't violated during this time, by forced entry or busting down doors trying to locate suspected illegals, you might be wrong.

I also see you're marginalizing any ethnic/racial slur. You therefore must believe it's alright to refer to another human being in any derogatory manner that fits the person.

Popov Vodka. Manny always had a pocket flask. I rarely saw him drunk (come to think of it, perhaps never), but he sipped continually. Not too many years after my wife and I had left Windansea (La Jolla) and moved into our first home in Mira Mesa, about five miles off the beach, I ran into one of our old friends, and inquired about Manny. She said he had collapsed one night in one of the bars in Mission Beach. He died right there.

Yes, Photomat. My wife was a cute blond blue eyed Photomate in little short dresses! Those were the days! She had moved upstairs in a building next door to the booth, and behind my apartment, where they had their personnel office, and one evening I met her on her way out the door. We stopped to chat a while. The rest is history. Now we have two grown daughters and three cute grand children.

Poor Republicans. Always shooting themselves in the foot. And when we think they're rejoicing, they're only screaming in pain.

Is going house to house and busting down doors happening today? No, it isn't sowhy are you dwelling on the past? Hispanic-Americans crying racial profilng boy does that sound familliar They would say anythng to protect their ethnic group here illegally from being detected and deported. What do Hispanic-Americans have to fear anyway?

I think it is ok to refer to "lawbeakers" by any word/term one chooses. What does being human have to do with it? Charlie Manson was a human also but that wouldn't stop most people from calling him the murdering scum that he is.

In recent days and weeks, conservatives using this forum have been screaming about Americans living in a police state in referencing American Law Enforcement and saying the police officers are gunning down American Citizens for no reasons.

Eisenhower's use of the racial slur {WETB*CK} for an operation was going above and beyond the scope of what any president has done past and present. In fact, this is where the racial slur began. Eisenhower offended many people, just as the Representative from Alaska did.

I'll refer you to the racial slur database.

Your incredible ignorance is on display here. Law enforcement agencies aren't just going around willy nilly busting down doors looking for illegal aliens. Why is it a problem that Eisenhower went above and beyond what any other President has done in the past to enforce the law? I wish other Presidents would have the guts to do the same. What was your position when Obama went above and beyond what any other POTUS has ever done against the will of Congress and the American people to illegally and unconstitutionally alter immigration law to enact his own version of the dream act? That's rhetorical BTW.

I didn't even know it was an offensive term these days. There should be an official public notice put out by the PC Police whenever a commonly used term becomes offensive to someone. I think "redneck" should be banned as an offensive term. Also, saying "Bible Thumper" should be classified as hate speech. Let's classify everything as offensive so no one can even talk about another person and everyone will just shut up.

The good congressman's father didn't have any issue with using cheap labor and didn't seem to be worried about illegal immigation as long as he turned a profit, now he is complaining that labor costs are too costly, ah for the good old days. Seems rather hypocritical to use hard working people for his benefit and then turn around and use a racial slur, his father may have not had a farm if not for thoise mexicans.
