He's jealous and is rattling cages and banging war drums because he wants "stuff and money" for his country.
I think he wants countries to offer incentives for him not to attack.

My son has a very very good Korean friend from Korea. He is stating to my son, don't ever under estimate the rattle and chat going on from Korea. Have no idea what this means, nor know if i want too.
The man clearly is nuts, do we take nuts seriously! My sons friend told him hate in the Country, is deep for those of us who live n breath in the US. And it is their propaganda their talk, that gets the people irate about us. Does my sons friend love living here in the US. oh yeah!
