This should be very interesting to watch. The newly elected Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court is Roy Moore and he has expressed doubts of where Obama was born. Also it has another Justice named Tom Parker who has gone on record arguing that McInnish’s charges of “forgery” on Obama's 'Short Form' birth certificate and 'Long Form' birth certificate were legitimate cause for concern mainly due to Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Maricopa County Sheriff Office investigation conclusions. Justice Parker wrote on March 27, 2012:

"Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the "short form" and the "long form" birth certificates ofPresident Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public"

Here is the well written strong appellate brief to the Alabama Supreme Court:

Hopefully we can finally get this fraud out of office...I would be happy with just declaring his presidency null and void and that includes anything he signed into law.

It's kind of funny when the only way birthers have a chance in hell of having a case is to have biased judges that have already convinced themselves of the verdict of the case before anything is presented. A violation of the law and every standard of ethical behavior in the legal system. It just shows how disgusting birthers have become in their descent into insanity.

You mean like Justice Elana Kagan not recusing herself from the SCOTUS ruling of Obama's heath care law? She gave a great deal of input on the construction of the bill. Justice Sotomeyer, a voting member of La Raza refused to recuse herself in the controversial Arizona Immigration Law case. Were they both acting in good ethical faith?

He also said that corporations have the constitutional right to defend themselves from competitional attacks with the Second Amendment.

He's a loony.

Ah yes, Justice Roy Moore. Upstanding citizen. Graduated from West Point.

Prime example of an idiot ring knocker. More than rumor that the troops threaten to shoot this fool when he was stationed in Vietnam because of his incompetences.

I don't have a passion about it either way but I really don't think he is a natural born citizen. Regardless of whose right because there is no formal process for vetting this out and my dog could qualify its a mute point to push it. The moron destroyed the greatest country in the world while golfing. That is legacy enough for me.
