Have you heard or read the transcript of the entire sermon?
Also, how is it "hate politics" to remind people that Jesus commanded us to love our neighbors as ourselves?
This is what I never understand about people who profess to be Christians and yet claim love only for those just like them. Again, this is not politics. This is the basis of Christianity.
Just curious, but how many people would have done this?
The true spirit of Christ. I see little difference between this holy act and the good reverend's words.
He wasn't reminding anyone of anything. He was falsely accusing the Christian right of terrible things that weren't true. Good Reverend's words? If you think those words were good then you got some serious issues.
Obama is a divisive human being. So I'm not surprised he found a kindred spirit in this angry 'pastor'. Obama truly misses Rev Wright.
Religion by definition is highly divisive.
In other words, Rev. Wright is no worse than any other "man of God." He just has more notoriety. Osteen, Jakes, Warren, Robertson...all of 'em...no better than Rev. Wright.
From everything I've read, sounds like a hate filled sermon to me. Last time I checked, churches were tax exempt and were to be non political. If this pastor plans to preach hate politics, make the church pay taxes....yank their exempt status.
That would be a lake of understanding of the U.S tax code.

Let's clarify a bit.
Religion is only divisive by dividing sinners from believers.
Obama's pastors take it steps further and divide by race, color, sex, political affiliation. Obama's pastors always introduce hate into the equation.
What are you talking about? Whom among real Christians doesn't love their neighbor? Apprently this pastor doesn't since he chose to flame some of his neighbors. Hypocrite! What a disgusting thing to do especially on Easter Sunday.
Lol..."real Christians?" Love their neighbors?
First of all, you act as If such Christians are ubiquitous in the first place when in truth, they're a rarity. People living their lives according to Christian tenets is needle in a haystack stuff, and you know it.
And really, what difference does it make that the comments were made on Easter...as if that means anything. If he thinks it's the truth, then what day he says it on doesn't matter.
You should be more insulted at children chasing colored eggs and hoping for baskets with big chocolate bunnies.

Sinners from believers? LMAO...thanks for proving my point.
