It's like a couple years ago when there was a clip of Obama was doing the March Madness brackets, and ANY issue that would come up would result in him saying along the lines of "*ISSUE/EVENT* is happening and Obama doesn't have time for it, but he has time to do his brackets!". Even when Obama was actually addressing the issue.
