I have a judgement against an individual for $450K + costs, + interest, but the guy is broke.

Well, considering the woman had to get skin grafts and had very bad burns due to severely overheated coffee, no, that law suit was not frivolous.

So according to you, if I go out and buy a steak knife, and then stab myself 100 times, but end up not dying, because I had to have surgery and go to the hospital would make my lawsuit against the knife company not frivolous?
