CEO's donate their salaries all the time, and stock options, and usually after their dead, they then donate the rest of their wealth to charity as well
You are right about one thing though, when you're an ahole, you should expect to be criticized even when you donate a token part of your salary back. What I'd prefer though is for him TO DO HIS JOB, and stop blaming his failures on everyone else.

By law the President is required to submit a budget by the first Monday in Feb. We just passed the first Monday in April. Can you give us a link to the budget he has submitted this year?

What are you talking about ?
It isnt his job to make the budget, it is Congress's. All he can do is submit a suggestion. They are legally obligated by the constitution to pass one regardless of your opinion of if President Obama knows how to make a budget or not.
