What a surprise, much like the gun grabbers here, she is completely ignorant on the subject and yet thinks she's competent to pass laws about it.

Lead Sponsor of High Capacity Ban Was Unaware Magazines Could Be Reloaded (VIDEO)

Rep Diana Degette ABSURDLY claims high cap mags are 1 time use! - YouTube

Quote:
“I will tell you these are ammunition, they’re bullets, so the people who have those now they’re going to shoot them, so if you ban them in the future, the number of these high capacity magazines is going to decrease dramatically over time because the bullets will have been shot and there won’t be any more available.”
And then she posted this herself where she calls magazines weapons, and "assault clips" and how "magazines kill", around 6:45 she talks about banning "assault cartridges". She is so ignorant she doesn't even realize how little she knows. I'm sure all the anti gun nuts will be nodding their heads in total agreement with her, no matter how wrong she is.
