If you don't like things like that...well, I don't understand. If you want to raise your kid in unsafe areas with apathetic communities where the schools are terrible, I guess you can find that if you want. I would love to see people's faces when you tell them that.
Funny that the areas where people believe it takes a community to raise their children, are the very same ones that are usually high crime areas.

Must be just a coincidence to you.

What is it about this idea that confuses you? You're saying that you believe all the people your kids come in contact with should be ahole negative influences on them? Is that what you're saying? So their teachers should just not give a s*t, friends, doctor, dentist, boy scouts/girl scouts, you, your friends, the parents of your kids friend, all of them should just stay away, keep your kid in a bubble? Damn. What IS it with you people? It's like you've gone insane. Totally illogical. You're so scared by your political biasness & your talking heads that you can't even see straight.

Drop your kids off at MSNBC (including teenagers) and see how Miss Hyphenate takes care of them.

What is this idea that you think that simply coming into contact with individuals equates to them raising your child? Teachers might TEACH, but thats not raising them. Its my choice to push them to be an A student, or a C student, and my kids doctors and dentists dont begin to raise them, they simply check up and make sure their healthy because of MY RAISING THEM..

Scouts teach morals, and they wouldnt be there without my permission, would they?

But if they can't the government steps in and takes over financially via programs and socially via school and sometimes legally via prison.
