yep, as much of a public matter as fast and furious is. wonder when we will ever get the complete truth out of fast and furious?
Just what I was going to say. One would think that ATF doings would be public record, at least after they are no longer ongoing. After all it is OUR agency--we pay for it, and purportedly it is run for our benefit. We literally own it, but we don't get to be privy to what it does???
In F&F, there were a bunch of questions that were never answered, starting with what was the raison d'être for doing what they did?
If there was any justice in this country, the SOB would go to prison for accessory to murder. Plus all of his assets would be confiscated and used to compensate the victims.

Right, so when someone kills someone while drunk driving you'll want the car dealership closed down and all the inventory confiscated and sold.
If the government was behind it, the thousands of us deeply engaged in the aftermath here in CT have really been fooled. And by a government that you nut jobs say is hopelessly incompetent!

No they would probably insist that the cars be melted down. Plus find out where the driver bought his booze, go there, shutter the bar or liquor store, and pour all the inventory down the drain.

No that would be stupid. But bar or liquor store owners can and should be held liable, and the same should apply to gun stores who sell weapons to mass killers.
And while we are at it, the National Gunnut Association who trained the killer, should also be liable. The hell with you gunnuts who think that you are above the law just because of the second amendment.
