Bull ****.. At lawyers on payroll, at $75K each, it would take over 13 years for an insurance company to pay more in legal fees, than settle, and thats if the laywer worked on the case 40 hours a week, which clearly they wouldnt.
Hell, I've got judgments against people for nearly 1/2 a million, and it only cost me $30K in legal fees, and that was at $300 an hour..
Um hmm. I'll bet you did.
No attorney - EVER - charges LESS to try a case than he does to settle. Attorneys that work for an insurance company charge by the hour same as, uh, you.
IF they are an employee of the insurance company as you suggest (on the payroll) again - they aren't trying this particular case. Slip and fall - maybe.
Well during the days I am working to support my wife and family, unlike Trayvon's father I'm very involved in the lives of my children and I haven't left my wife high and dry to run off with some tramp in a condo on the other side of town.
Is there a reason you actually keep responding to my postings but never say anything of substance? Its almost like I have my little city data stalker..
I said USUALLY ITS EASIER, I never once said it had to necessarily have a criminal component. OJ Simply would prove that one doesnt have to have a criminal component to it..
Again, READ BETTER
See, this right here tells me you are not an attorney.
I've enjoyed playing but I must get some rest. No offense.
You mean when Trayvon pulled him out of the car? Or when Trayvon walked toward him looking strange? Maybe it was when Trayvon slowly followed him in a car like a serial killer?
No, I mean when Trayvon was on top of him beating his head into the ground. That's the point when Trayvon chose his fate.
I do have kids, they've been raised to be responsible human beings who don't attack other humans. These people have suffered the loss of a son who made a grave mistake, a million dollars isn't going to bring him back.
If only Zimmerman's parents had raised their son the same way....

Yeah, an insurance company wouldnt pay a lawyer they have on salary to try a case, they'd spend millions of dollars, (according to you), to hire a different lawyer.. haha.. my god.. how dumb can you be.
Hey, this from the same kooks who claimed that a lawyer would come to the $1M+ figure anyways, which is asinine because it would be a loss mitigator.
You guys dont know **** about what peoples job functions are, but we're supposed to believe you know who they'd hire..
I said that USUALLY, and then I quoted other lawyers to validate that its true.
Tell me where you got your legal degree from again because I'd hate to think that people who pretend to know the law, dont understand that its FAR EASIER to get a civil lawsuit case won AFTER a criminal case resulted in a conviction.
Of course it's EASIER to win a wrongful death case after a criminal conviction, however, if you look at O.J. he was acquitted and the victims' families WON their wrongful death case anyway. So, clearly, a criminal conviction is NOT NECESSARY.

Zimmerman chose Martins fate when he got out of the car to chase him.
