You aren't saying no gays are pedophiles are you? You can't have it both ways. Both can be pedophiles and it seems most priests that sexually abused had boys as their victims so they are gay pedophiles.
and the Catholic Church is doing something to prevent that.

They are screening new applicants for priesthood carefully and excluding gays.

I like what Adam Carolla said on the O'Reilly Factor. It doesn't matter if gay marriage passes people will keep pushing for more and more. Two gays will want to be married at the Crystal Cathedral and the whole thing will have to go back to the Supreme Court about that and on and on.

Just like when Obama was elected president. We haven't had less arguing over race, we have had more. He says people like to fight now and that's how things are.

Is that the same Adam Carolla that used to host "the man show" with girls jumping on trampolines in bikinis?

BTW: Can you name an instance where, for example, non-Catholics sued for the right to be married in a Catholic Church? Or Muslims sued and pushed to be married in a Synagogue after being denied their request to do so?

You guys are hilarious!

What next, yet another thread where the same 10 posters fall in line saying variations of any of the following:

1) More liberal lunacy

2) That's liberal logic for you

3) Liberal stupidity

4) Another example of liberal attack on morality!

Keep it coming guys, it's like a parade of sad caricatures around here!

The Crystal Cathedral is not Catholic but the parishioners don't support gay marriage. Go get married in the Episcopal Church where it is accepted but there will always be some who are radical and want to break down all the barriers, the Catholic Church is about the last wall to that. Some will not stop until it is all broken down.

Many Catholics support gay marriage. The people who comprise a church will always be more important in the long run than those who "reside" over it. It isn't about "breaking the church down," but about returning to those things that Jesus felt the need to focus on/teach.

When my wife and I got married we were turned away from the church we originally had planned to use because we both had been divorced.

No big deal. If they didn't want us to use their church I preferred another anyway.
