Our satellites probably know exactly where he takes a crap, and where the so-called nukes are. How hard would it be to drone both? The vast majority of North Koreans would love to join their southern neighbors.
Overall I am against droning, but in this case I might make an exception.

Probably not too hard, but I don't think being a blowhard is a "dronable" offense. After all, what would that do to Limpblubber, etal.?

Ooh, a pre-emptive attack! That worked out so well for us last time.

well, since technically we are still at war with NK, it makes sense to just blow the thing up and let SC invade.

Taking out Kim Jong and then invading would solidify the North Korean support around whichever general managed to grab the reins. Bad idea.
Invading would men fighting on NK turf, against a population who've been told 24/7 that this is exactly what would happen one day and that it's their sacred duty to die in defense of their country. It would end up with way more dead Koreans than NK is worth. Mostly dead North Koreans, but even so.
And in the end, SK would gain - well, 20+ million half-starved North Koreans to feed, an impoverished country with hardly any infrastructure and a border with China. North Korea is not exactly a worthwhile asset.

The PRC would definitely frown on that, and maybe more, as the Chinese consider North Korea to be a buffer state. China would also be unhappy with the flood of refgees that would surely follow an attack. The worst part, I think, is the possibility of long-lasting fallout that could affect the civilian populations on the entire peninsula. That is why the preferred option is to take out these NK nuclear missile sites with ground troops. Better yet, a pre-emptive strike on the uranium enrichment facilities would work, but then you have that problem with China.

Who are we to decide?
Or how would you feel if they took out Obama?
oh wait, never mind on that last question.

The problem IMO is that South Korea has absolutely no desire to absorb North Korea. Absorbing East Germany cost West Germany billions, and North Korea is far less developed in comparison to South Korea than East Germany was in comparison to West Germany.
