No it was NOT accurate. The guy who works a full time job, sometimes even more, but just doesn't make enough so that he has to write a check on April 15, is NOT lazy and he doesn't think the governemnt owes him a living. Besides many of the 47% does pay taxes, it's taken out of their paychecks. Then there are the ones that don't pay taxes because of deductions for high medical bills they have to pay, bills that are high because that's the way the right likes it. Low wages are another reason and the people who whine the loudest about people "not paying taxes" are very often the very same people who work hardest at keeping those wages low

I was in a restaurant about a week after Obama and his family were there.

I specifically asked the owner and the waitstaff how they were treated. They said that the President and his family could not have been nicer. They mentioned the girls both said "please" and "thank you" a lot and the President cleaned his plate and complimented the cooks.

First hand account of my interview with the working people of Macayo's Mexican Restaurant about Obama. You're welcome.

Romney told donors that 47 percent of voters would chose Obama “no matter what” because they are people “who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it. That that’s an entitlement. And the government should give it to them. And they will vote for this president no matter what. … These are people who pay no income tax.

“My job is not to worry about those people,” Romney said. “I’ll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives.”
Oh, just the whole quote. Many of these 47% are retired, in the military serving their country, or working at minimum wage jobs. Some have large families, like Romney himself. Some are getting education credits, trying to better themselves. The Republican Party has made a mockery out of the term "personal responsibility".

A smart politician, fool. Every politician. Every human being. Don't begin to lecture me, we all hold our most idiotic opinions near and dear to us, except on Internet forums and YouTube videos, under the disguise of anonymity. Unless you're one of those ghetto morons that shows up on shows like Jerry Springer. Romney didn't play the game well and he didn't get elected as a result.
