I was offended and appalled today, when I, with my wife and two young kids in tow, walked past what was presumably a lesbian wearing a shirt which displayed to the world her love of female genitalia.
Why do gay people feel the need to constantly push their agenda in public? I just think its wrong.
I suppose you could tell your kids the person who made the shirt didn't know how to spell 'vegetarian.'
Shame on me, but I wouldn't know what the word meant
We are in the same boat. If I saw that t-shirt I would simply have thought "I hope you got that shirt at a discount due to the error in spelling".
Also, I don't go wandering around the streets or malls looking to be offended so I can rush home and join a forum to express my outrage. I predict many new, similar postings by the new poster.

So? I saw a Facebook pic of my cousin's daughter standing with her college bf. he was wearing a shirt tat said, "skilled in all positions."
I think you are more offended that this was a gay message.
Interesting that the OP is offended that this woman was "flaunting her sexuality", yet he specifically noted that he was walking with his wife and children. Is there any way of more flagrantly flaunting your sexuality than biological children? We all know how that happens. The lesbian woman could probably make the same comment!

I was gonna ask what "vagatarian" meant but now I see the explanation..YICK!! I agree 100% with you; Lesbian or straight one's love of the HUMAN genitalia can be so wrong if publicly displayed like that. My goodness...keep your private life and your PRIVATES....PRIVATE!

Lighten up, Francis One and Francis Two. Sheesh.
I think an important thing people often forget is:
You do not have the right to not be offended. Everyone is going to be offended by something, and people have disparate views of what constitutes obscenity and vulgarity.
Do I see and hear a lot of things that I think are in poor taste or border on disgusting? Yes. Do I think this shirt was in bad taste? A little, but I also find it kinda funny.
Point is, it makes no difference what I think about it. We have a little thing in this country called freedom of speech and expression. That shirt isn't hurting anyone. Grow up.
