Man chops off 2 year old's legs with lawn mower...
Man sleeping in dumpster killed by garbage truck...
Beaver bites man to death...

Call the president, write your senators, DEMAND that something be done.
Even if it is just a "feel good" useless law, SOMETHING must be done!
Even if you think the dumpster sleeper had it coming, or the beaver was just paying back, DO IT FOR THE 2 YEAR OLD GIRL!
do it for the children!

Yes, the title should say "about" not "abut". Just a demonstration of why proof-reading is necessary!

I take it you're more careful with your guns than with your spelling?

BTW, just for my amusement, can you give an approximate number of attacks on persons using lawn mowers over the past year?

Translation: Because the government can't prevent all deaths, it shouldn't attempt to prevent any deaths.

I always get a kick out of a person taking a crack at using analogies when they are so damned bad at it. Thanks for the laugh OP.

REAL translation: A sarcastic, cynical view of "feel good" legislation, regardless of subject matter, that actually accomplishes nothing.
Guns were not mentioned. If I had intended them to be, they would have been.
"Gummint" was deliberate; "abut", as noted, was not.
The rest of it was written exactly as I wanted it to be.

Hey, I know, we could get the gubement to pass bills that would ban two year old's, legs, dumpsters, garbage trucks, lawn mowers, hobo's, beavers, the word "abut", sleeping and death. We'd be safe then. And we'd be sooooooo free. Thumbs up for safety and freedom !

How am I supposed to not get fined by the HOA if my lawnmower is taken?
