Why would it matter if it was a foreign brand? They are based in California. They manufacture in the States and China.

I think 75% of everything in the US is "foreign".

Geez, CNN trying to heat things up by asking "what would happen if this person is not a US citizen" and would they be tried as an "enemy combatent". Now that they have egg on their faces, they are trying anything.
