Coordinated acts? Yah a couple of goofs with home made pipe bombs who light the wicks at the same time and run for the hills...This was common hooliganism - I can't stand the fact that the White House ...... has allowed utterly manipulative mis-information to be seeded.....eg " A man who looked black or hand dark skin with and accent" THAT really makes me sick- people are severely injured a young child and adult are dead...and already they are trying to milk this thing for it's political juice.
[Update, 8:36 p.m. ET] Investigators have warned law enforcement officers to be on the lookout for a "darker-skinned or black male" with a possible foreign accent in connection with Monday's bombings at the Boston Marathon, according to a law enforcement advisory obtained by CNN.
The man was seen with a black backpack and sweatshirt and was trying to get into a restricted area about five minutes before the first explosion, the lookout notice states.

No one has taken "credit" for the bombings yet. Don't the political types usually announce that they've done it?
I don't know about "credit", or how long it takes for one of these groups to announce it--we don't know if a group has claimed credit for it, and if the WH is simply witholding that info before sending everyone into a frenzy. Once the WH goes down that road, there is no turning back the dogs of war, and they know it. But overall the motive and coordination are similar to other terrorist bombings. I guess it will come down to whether this person of interest' actually had to do something with it.

Not as naive as you. You just made something up out of the clear blue sky to make that fool in the WH not seem like the doofus he is.

The official count now is 3 dead including an 8 year old boy and at least 140 people injured. I hope they find out who is responsible for this horrible act.
